COURSE BACKGROUND AND COURSE OVERVIEW:
         Europe and school life are changing fast. What kind of schools should we build for the future? How do we support learning and motivate our kids better with school buildings, learning spaces and new learning environments?
What is the role of ICT in modern classrooms? What should be inside the buildings? What kind of software we should use with children in kindergartens and schools? Future virtual reality is here with 3D. What shall we do with it?
         Our course is for those who are planning new schools, buying modern technology or furniture or are going to teach and work modern technology in the future.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
        The course aim is to learn about different learning and teaching environments, school buildings, ICT and virtual reality and how to prepare your pupils/student for future learning and working life. Participants will also learn how to start planning a school renovation/building a new school.
The most important thing is to learn how to create a learning environment that motivates students to make their best. The course is including quite many school visits. The aim is also to learn pedagogical English language and wide your professional network of colleagues in Europe.

CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY:
         In recent years, teachers have found that the technology based approach has benefits. In high schools that follow the 90-minute class schedule, the learning center approach can be an effective use of time and space. Teachers report that this approach makes it easier to conduct formative assessments and modify instruction as needed. They also report that center-based approach supports technology integration.

PREPARATION:
         After confirming registration, participants will be informed about the details of the course (arrival, daily program). Participants will be able to introduce themselves and bring a few examples of routines and practices that they apply to their teaching.
